Purchase and sale of property often is the most important transaction in most people’s lives. The operation is result of long and complicated process. The package of documents for purchase and sale of real estate consist:
 document/s for property, which verify the ownership of real estate;
 document for identification;
 property tax assessment – it is performed and documented in written form from Taxation post, where the real estate is located;
 draft or certificate for location of real estate;
 power of attorney if somebody for the transaction is not available to be at on the deal personally;
 a certificate in written form for weight from District Court where the real estate is located.
Renting
Giving real estate for temporarily using is according Law of obligations and contracts. When the real estate is renting for temporarily using, the written form is not obligatory. It is possible and just agreement between the sides. In this case the contract for rent is considered that it is term less and each of sides can terminate contract relations in one month notification.
If the real estate, object of contract for rent, become own of third person, therefore the contract for rent is in force for the new owner in term of 12 months, considered from the date of transferring deal. If the contract for rent is written in the book of entering in District Court, therefore the new owner must observe the terms of this contract, contracted between the “old” owners or users and tenant.

On the third floor there is a swimming pool for the visitors.
We have 24-hours guard of the building and keeping of common areas. This service includes keeping the swimming pool, insurance of property, transferring the branches of water and electricity, pay for the common expenditure for electricity, water and so on and so forth.

Vacation complex “Silver Beach” – Corpus A
Corpus A is a part of complex “Silver Beach”. It is consist from 122 apartments with square surface from 50 to 250 m2, two offices and a hall for cafe. The term for complete Corpus A is to the end of April 2009.
More of the apartments are with beautiful sea view and these that are with town view, hear the sea breeze.
There is an outdoor swimming pool for the visitors.
The apartments in Corpus A are with the same level of completion like these in Corpus B.

Apart complex “Panchev” is situated in Byala. The building is located on the center of the town, behind the summer cinema and the stadium, near a bus stop, shops and pharmacies. For the inhabitants there is a view to the sea as far as allowing architecture of the building and facilities located around it.
The build is completed and has a certificate to put into operation by the end of June 2008.
